The
Corporate Staff Ride was designed as a team-building tool for those who are responsible for nurturing, developing, and shaping early stage company management teams.
It consists of three phases - 1) a very brief preparation before the battlefield visit with each participant focusing on a single commander, 2) a series of carefully selected stops (by vehicle and on foot) at pivotal places on a battlefield from American History where specific team-building issues can be explored, and 3) "after action review" workshops using the interactive case method approach to explore those selected issues, and the staff ride itself
