Beat the winter gloom and come down to sunny Arizona State University Writer's Conference:

Desert Nights, Rising Stars
Location: The ASU campus in Tempe, Arizona

This conference is designed around "teachable lessons" for writers at all levels. Even if you can't attend the whole conference, be sure to attend the evening readings.

The Virginia G. Piper Center for Creative Writing hosts a yearly conference for beginning, intermediate, or advanced writers. Great lectures and panel discussions make this conference a "must do" for Southwest writers.
